Travel To Go Samui books tours, tickets and transfers with local operators in Koh Samui. Each operator has its own cancellation and change rules, so we tell you the exact terms for your booking on WhatsApp before you pay.

1. How to book

• Send us the tour, date and number of guests on WhatsApp, or visit our shop in Bo Phut.
• We confirm availability, price, pick-up time and the cancellation terms for that tour.
• Your booking is confirmed once payment is received. We then send your confirmation and pick-up details on WhatsApp.

2. Cancellations and changes by you

• Cancellation and change rules depend on the tour and the operator, and are confirmed with you before payment.
• To cancel or change a booking, message us on WhatsApp as early as possible. Changes depend on availability.
• If you are not at the pick-up point on time, or do not join the tour, this may be treated as a cancellation under the operator's terms.

3. Weather and safety

Boat tours, ferries and some activities can be cancelled or changed by the operator because of weather, sea conditions or safety. If this happens, we will contact you on WhatsApp and help you reschedule or arrange a refund according to that operator's policy.

4. Prices

Prices on our website are in Thai baht and may change. The price confirmed on WhatsApp before you pay is the price you pay.
